- Extended Health Benefits: Depending on your provider, you may be eligible for full or partial reimbursement for physiotherapy services. Please contact your provider to verify coverage and do provide us with your policy information at the time of booking.
In order to provide timely, high quality service to all of our clients and protect our practitioners, we require the following:
- No Charge: 24 hour notice for cancellation of any scheduled appointments
- Full Appointment Charge: Less than 24 hr notice of cancellation
- Full Appointment Charge: Any no-shows
Insurance companies will not reimburse the cancellation or no-show fees. Cancellations must be done by phone or by email.
Payments & Invoices
You will be billed after each treatment, exactly like how you would in a clinic setting. Payment can be made via Credit Card, INTERAC e-transfer or Cheque. Invoices will be emailed or mailed to you.
